Real sensor and open-data sources power the “Measured” numbers on the traffic map wherever they exist — city counters, Telraam sensors, open-data programs and StreetProof studies. Everywhere else, the StreetProof Traffic Model produces clearly-labelled estimates built from OSM points of interest, Google Places, weather, and AI refinement. Real measurements always win over estimates, and an estimate is never presented as a measurement.
